Since Christmas...into 09

This year has started off good! Christmas this year was nice and quiet with just mom and dad us three younger kids. Mom loved everything she got! Dad finally got his Harley! Justin and Parker got Styrofoam (not coal; it's a little better), and I spoiled myself and bought myself new snowboard gear! We actually had a white Christmas and it was gorgeous! Stewart and Danyiel spent a day with us and we went to the Fast Lane race track and raced each other! I started off almost a whole lap ahead of everyone; until about the tenth lap Stewart passed me! then justin adn parker eventually passed me! Dang it! Mom and dad didn't race with us so they took pictures; we were too fast for them...as you can see....we had a BLAST!

Mom got a Scentsy candle! she loved it!

BSU Poinsetia Bowl

ok so im kinda far behind on posting...sorry!
I like people to see what i see and how much fun i had doing everything, but this time i had SO many pictures i had to really narrow it down...
I had a great Christmas! i hope you all did too! I like to say i spent my Christmas in San Diego...because i went to the BSU Poinsettia Bowl game down there! Even though we lost i had a WONDERFUL time! We did so much and saw so much! There were 9 of us that drove down in two cars; one being mine... We left a day earlier than expected to get ahead of the snow storms; and good thing we did because the pass between idaho and utah closed the next day! We made it all the way down and back with NO snow! we were so lucky! On the way down we made a few stops...we stopped in St. Seorge, Las Vegas (and met some people), and kinda somewhere in California just before we hit San Diego! The first day we were there (mon, was a fun filled adeventureous day!!) it rained most of the day but we found a mall and walked around for a bit, and splashed through puddles with my newly purchased umbrella! and we got soaked but it was a blast! but not everyone liked getting wet so wanted to find something to do; so 6 decided to go to a movie while three of us got out our GPS Mr. Garman and typed in attractions and found an aquarium close by that we went to and had fun while they watched a dumb movie! hehe, we were the smart ones! Then we met up with the rest of our crew (they were very jealous that we went and kinda mad, hehe oh well, they wanted to go too!) we then drove downtown and saw some sites and met some people....as you can tell...we then came home and got in the hot tub and pool at the hotel and played around...one girl had a grand idea to go run into the ocean, be fully emerged, then run back to the hot tub!! (our hotel was right on the ocean).....so off we went!! After our fun adeventure there, my car (the five of us) decided to walk the streets and meet some people!!... so we walked until we found places that had people in them...(a.k.a. bars, shhhh) and started talking to people and argued with them because they were so drunk, so don't really know what they are talking about...it was so funny! while in one bar we met a remote control skunk that walked the counters! it was hilarious! that night we sure met some people!
The next day (game day) we drove back to San Diego and went over the the Coronado Island! it was a beautiful day! we walked through the Coronado Hotel that has been there for a long time, we walked the beach (and met some more people), walked the streets through downtown Coronado and met some people. Through all of our adventures starting in St. George we saw tons and tons of BSU fans but never TCU fans, not even downtown San Diego, until we saw the band and later saw one couple that were TCU fans; amazing! While walking downtown SD we acatually got stopped by a local tv station and got interviewed! it was pretty cool! We had noseblead seats but it was a great view (on the wrong side!!), but that's ok we were kinda all by ourselves... but i wanted to get down in the action, so at half time one of the girls and two other guys from boise that we met in SD went down to the 8th row! it was great action and an even better view! After the game that night (our sad, disappointing loss) we started our drive back to Idaho (through this whole trip we drove through 5 states (idaho, utah, nevada, arizona, and california), but i only got two signs...) we drove all the way to Las Vegas that night and got there at about 3 am we all got out and stretched and walked around for about 2 hours we then got back in the car and drove to Cedar City Utah and acutally stopped at someones relatives house at 7am and slept for 2 hours, they fed us breakfast then we hit the road again! we made it idaho just in time; the pass between utah and idaho to close yet again right behind us! (some people we know that were driving home actually got stuck in utah for christmas because of this)! i made it home just in time for christmas! I had such a BLAST on this trip! i met some really great people! half of the 9 of us that went i didn't know. we all got along great and it's a wonderful memory i will have! im ready for another adventure/road trip! let's go meet some people!

i really wish i could post all my pictures....

In-N-Out burger in St. George was so busy (half of whom where coming home from the BYU game...) so we sat on the curb and took up all the seating outside!
